Curly Hair Society is a reading site. You do not need an account to use it, and we have tried to collect as little about you as we can. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which articles are read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites and does not build a profile of individual readers.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Amazon links
When you follow one of our links to Amazon, Amazon may set cookies in your browser so that a purchase can be credited to us. What Amazon collects once you are on its site is covered by Amazon’s own privacy notice. Amazon does not tell us who bought what.
Newsletter
If you join our mailing list, we store your email address so that we can send you the newsletter. We do not sell or share it. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to hello@curlyhairsociety.com.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@curlyhairsociety.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page.
